Ani Makaryan works at AMX since November, 2021 as Senior Legal Counsel. For 15 years she has worked at CBA as Head of Legal Assistance Division of Financial Surveillance. She is considered to be a member of Chamber of Advocates since 2009. Since 2014 Ms. Ani Makaryan has lectured at Russian-Armenian University, AUA (guest lecturer) and French University in Armenia.
She has graduated from Yerevan State University, holds a master’s degree.

Gayane Khachikyan joined CDA in December, 2019. Her working experience as an accountant has commenced since 2009 and from then on she has worked in both local companies and Armenian branches of international companies. She served as a chief accountant at Aragats-Perlit OJSC, LV Gold Mining CJSC, ARME LLC, and Down Children NGO.
Gayane graduated from Armenian State University of Economics, Faculty of Management. She has auditor's certificate.
