Please be informed that "American Equity Partners" State CJSC was liquidated, as a result of which starting from 25.02.2014 the registry maintenance contract of  "American Equity Partners" State CJSC was terminated and common nominal stocks issued by "American Equity Partners" State CJSC  were canceled in the Unified system of securities registry maintenance and settlement of "Central Depository of Armenia" OJSC.

Please be informed that  "Abovjani ptug-bangaregeni Grasenyan" OJSC    was reorganized to «VVV Group»  LLC as a result of which starting from 26.02.2014 the registry maintenance contract of  "Abovjani ptug-bangaregeni Grasenyan" OJSC   was terminated and common nominal stocks, issued by  "Abovjani ptug-bangaregeni Grasenyan" OJSC    were cancelled.

The Artsakh Investment Fund (hereinafter the Fund)  applied to the Central Depository of Armenia (hereinafter the Central Depository) via Account Operator for placement of new issue of bonds. Following point 128 of the Central Depository "Rules on Unified System of Securities Registration and Settlement", the Central Depository shall limit operations with the Fund's bonds in the System until the day following the day, when Central Depository receives official documents, verifying mentioned bonds placement. Meanwhile, please be informed that according to point 129 of the Rules the Account Operators shall be prohibited to perform transfer or acceptance of instructions on change or execution of ownership towards mentioned securities, being under limitation.

National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's central securities depository, and Central Depository of Armenia (CDA), have concluded the Central Securities Depository (CSD) foreign nominee account agreement.
