Starting from June 2, 2014 "Inecobank" cjsc was granted the status of Account operator of funded pension system. As an account operator Inecobank will service funded pension system participants, intermediating the services, provided by the Central Depostory of Armenia (CDA) to the participants.

Please be informed that "ABOVYAN CARWASHING POINT" OJSC was reorganized to "GOLD SUNRISE" LLC, as a result of which starting from 16.05.2014 the registry maintenance contract of "ABOVYAN CARWASHING POINT" OJSC was terminated and common nominal stocks, issued by "ABOVYAN CARWASHING POINT" OJSC were cancelled and the ISIN, assiged thereto (AMABAVS10KT0), was terminated.
The Artsakh Investment Fund applied to Depository via Account Operator for placement of new issue of bonds.

The Artsakh Investment Fund (hereinafter the Fund) applied to the Central Depository of Armenia (hereinafter the Central Depository) via Account Operator for placement of new issue of bonds. Following point 128 of the Central Depository "Rules on Unified System of Securities Registration and Settlement", the Central Depository shall limit operations with the Fund's bonds in the System until the day following the day, when Central Depository receives official documents, verifying mentioned bonds placement. Meanwhile, please be informed that according to point 129 of the Rules the Account Operators shall be prohibited to perform transfer or acceptance of instructions on change or execution of ownership towards mentioned securities, being under limitation.
