Dear participant,
Please be informed that on June 11, 2015 "Central Depository of Armenia" OJSC redeemed mandatory pension fund units acquired for participants funded contributions made from January to June 2014. Pension funds were transferred to the bank accounts indicated in the application submitted by you.
"GGTAXI" cjsc (hereinafter the Company) applied to the Central Depository of Armenia (hereinafter the Central Depository) via Account Operator for placement of new issue of preferred stocks. Following point 128 of the Central Depository "Rules on Unified System of Securities Registration and Settlement", the Central Depository shall limit operations with the Company's stocks in the System until the day following the day, when Central Depository receives official documents, verifying mentioned stocks placement.
"Shen Holding" cjsc (hereinafter the Company) applied to the Central Depository of Armenia (hereinafter the Central Depository) via Account Operator for placement of new issue of preferred stocks. Following point 128 of the Central Depository "Rules on Unified System of Securities Registration and Settlement", the Central Depository shall limit operations with the Company's stocks in the System until the day following the day, when Central Depository receives official documents, verifying mentioned stocks placement.

Please be informed that on June 11, 2015 "Central Depository of Armenia" OJSC acting as the registry keeper of funded pension system participants will redeem mandatory pension fund units acquired for participants pension contributions made from January to June 2014.
Representatives from both the Depository and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia participated in it. During the conference Mr. Tigran Petrosyan, Head of Pension System Servicing Department, spoke about the aim of the report and the information included.
