AMX is looking for a “Client Relations Specialist-Custody and Registry Keeping Services” to join the Pension Services Department team.

Main responsibilities

  • Service for funded pension system participants, including service to participants via telephone, electronic or paper inquiries;
  • Investigation of complaints, particularly on the quality of service of Account Operators, implementation of further measures;
  • Providing information through the My Account app via phone or email;
  • Support for systems use;
  • Registration of relevant users in the AMPIS System, giving relevant powers, make ongoing changes to the registered data and competencies;
  • Supporting the ongoing operation of the AMPIS system, as well as other software solutions used by the Board;
  • Organizing seminars for the staff of account operators, making informative materials, current service of account operators;
  • Registration of users in the certification software system, attestation implementation and summary of attestation results;
  • Ongoing service of account operators (assistance in logging in, performing actions in the system and filling in applications);
  • Participation in the manuals of the users (Account Operator, Fund Manager, My Account App User, etc.) of the retrieval software system (AMPIS), participation in the compilation of attestation materials and development of other information materials, as well as supporting regular changes;
  • Daily review of account operators operations and assistance in the implementation of control procurement;
  • Receiving digitized files of applications signed by participants and archived documents that are the basis for the signing and supporting for relevant comparisons and analyzes;
  • Inquiries completion submitted by notaries and structures included in the pension system within the framework of registration services;
  • Assisting in the Investigation of the instructions received from the Fund Managers, the attached documents and the implementation of the instructions within the framework of the custody service;
  • Facilitate the preparation and submission of daily reports on the fund's assets under custody;
  • Preparation of reports (references) and provision to Account Operators and other competent persons.

Required qualifications

  • Higher education in finance or economics;
  • At least one year of work experience in the financial sector;
  • Basic knowledge about the activities of the pension system and fund managers;
  • Experience in making reports;
  • Knowledge of accounting basics;
  • Excellent written-oral communication skills;
  • Knowledge of AMPIS will be an advantage;
  • Ability to orientate quickly in a stressful situation and to solve problems in a short time;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships;
  • Ability to integrate quickly into the organization's mission, vision and values, willingness to participate in their preservation and further development;
  • Computer literacy; Knowledge of MS Office software;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages.
