The Supervisory Board of the Central Depository of Armenia is appointed by the general meeting of the company’s shareholders and comprises two members and the Chairman. The Supervisory Board approves general strategies and policies of the company, including the CDA Rules, except the issues that, according to the legislation in force, fall under the exclusive authority of the general meeting of shareholders.

Prior roles include Nasdaq Vice President South East Asia and Nasdaq Head of Market Development Asia Pacific.

Emma holds a BA and post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Investment (Treasury), is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (F Fin), a Member and International Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Member of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association. Emma has lived and worked in Sydney, Perth, Tokyo, Singapore, Stockholm, Geneva and spent considerable time in the Middle East.

Mr. Yeganyan holds the position of Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia since 2013.Mr. Yeganyan started his career in 2006, as Head of Securities and markets department of Gazprom Armenia. From 2010-2013 Mr. Yeganyan carried out his working activities in London, firstly acting as Private Banking professional and after holding the position of consultant of Central Bank of Armenia in UK in pension reform business relationship development with global asset managers.
