The Supervisory Board of the Central Depository of Armenia is appointed by the general meeting of the company’s shareholders and comprises two members and the Chairman. The Supervisory Board approves general strategies and policies of the company, including the CDA Rules, except the issues that, according to the legislation in force, fall under the exclusive authority of the general meeting of shareholders.

Prior roles include Nasdaq Vice President South East Asia and Nasdaq Head of Market Development Asia Pacific.

Emma holds a BA and post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Investment (Treasury), is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (F Fin), a Member and International Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Member of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association. Emma has lived and worked in Sydney, Perth, Tokyo, Singapore, Stockholm, Geneva and spent considerable time in the Middle East.

Hayk Yeganyan, NASDAQ OMX Armenia

Hayk Yeganyan has served as CEO at NASDAQ OMX Armenia since July 19, 2017.

Starting his career at the Economic Security Department at Gazprom Armenia in 2006, Hayk Yeganyan started and managed the Securities Operations Department at the same company in 2007-2010, coordinating the IPO preparation which included the first public placement of corporate bonds in Armenia.

Hayk Yeganyan has served as CEO at NASDAQ OMX Armenia since July 19, 2017.

Starting his career at the Economic Security Department at Gazprom Armenia in 2006, Hayk Yeganyan started and managed the Securities Operations Department at the same company in 2007-2010, coordinating the IPO preparation which included the first public placement of corporate bonds in Armenia.

In 2010-2013 he worked in London, acting as a private banking professional and parallelly as a UK-based advisor to the Central Bank of Armenia within the pension reform, mainly the development and maintenance of business relationships with global asset managers.

Hayk Yeganyan served as Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia in 2013-2016 and later as a board member of the Supervisory Board at NASDAQ OMX Armenia (2016-2017).

Hayk Yeganyan graduated from the Melkonian Educational Institute, Cyprus. Upon completion of undergraduate studies in Financial Economics at the University of Leicester (UK), he earned MSc degree in Management at the Imperial College London, one of world-leading universities.
